Cheery Lynn Designs New Release Blog Hop

Welcome to the Cheery Lynn Designs January New Release Blog Hop.  We are so excited to showcase the wonderful new dies that were just released.  If you just came from visiting  Bonnie @  "Make Time To Craft"  you are on the right track.  If not, head back to the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog @  http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.ca/ and start from the beginning so you don't miss any of the wonderful projects  from our design team.  "Follow through to the end of the hop and leave a comment on the Cheery Lynn Designs Blog too for a chance to win a $20 gift certificate."
For this card I have chosen to feature three New Release Dies. They are the
New  Windmill , New  Fleur De Lis Oval Doily, and the New  Flower Pots.

I used the Oval Stitch and Cut Tool - LG Silver Stitch Tool   for the three base layers. This is one from the last release and I am using it a lot. It is one of my many favorites. You can see the beautiful New Fleur De Lis Oval Doily  in the center. Got to love this one too. I layered a piece of map paper in the center of the doily and built up from there.

Here I have tucked the New Windmill in behind the flower arrangement. One of the flower pots from the New Flower Pots  was used to pot some flowers in.

This flower arrangement was created using the  Shasta Daisy , Medium Rose , Embellishment #2, and
the  Olive Branches   with some of the Wheat Heads  tucked in front of the New Windmill .

Here I took a piece of green paper and put glossy accents on it. While that was still wet I place one of the  Flower Pots  in black  and let the glossy accents squish through for a glassy 3D look. I really like the look it gave to the  Flower Pot  . As you can see the flower pot has wonderful details in it. I potted the Darling Daisies  and created tiny flowers as filler using the Dandelions.  A few pearls were added to the flower center and along the top right to give the final finishing touches.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today.  Your next visit on the blog hop is with Jenny @ "Jen's Paper Obsession" but before you go please leave a comment. I always appreciate comments.

Have a wonderful time blog hopping and having  a peek at more creations from our design team with the Newly Released Dies.
                                    Have a crafty week
                                                               Debbie

Your project is gorgeous! I love the layers using the oval dies but your flower cluster really catches the eye. I love the Wheat Heads, Olive Branch and Dandelion dies. The windmill adds the perfect background for the cluster and your flowers are beautifully created. Love your paper choices too!
