Birthday Wishes

A warm hello to you today.   So nice to see you visiting.

There are so many beautiful papers out there that I have chosen to go with fewer dies this time and let the paper be some of the pretty design of the card along with the beautiful dies.

Here I used the French Flair Stitch and Cut Tool   to cut out this design and then cut the sentiment from the Birthday Wishes Circle to layer on top of it.

This is cut from the Ribbon Eyelet Border  die. It makes a nice base to thread ribbon through. I added some bling to it as well as bling to the sentiment. This is a nice simple and quick card to make and I think it is so pretty.

I invite you to come join the  Bi Weekly challenge over at Cheery Lynn Designs
@ http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.ca/search/label/challenge for your chance to win a $20.00 shopping spree.  I always enjoy to see all the entries. Have a wonderful day.

A Warm Hello to you today. If not then head back to the Cheery Lynn Designs blog @  http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.ca/ and start from the beginning so you don't miss any of the wonderful projects  from our design team.  Cheery Lynn Designs will be giving a $20.00 prize to one random commenter on the Cheery Lynn Blog Hop Post.

Now aren't these just the cutest little Mini Gift Envelopes
you have ever  seen. They are 2.5" x 2.5 ".

The first one is done using the Get Well Gift Envelope 9 Piece Die Set B857.
The second one is done using the  Winter Fun Gift Envelope 11 Piece Die Set - B859.
The third one is done using the  Merry Christmas Gift Envelope 14 Piece Die Set - B858

And what about matching the inside of the envelopes up with the front making them even cuter? There are eight different gift envelopes die sets being release which all have the cutest little accessories to go with them.

Above are images of the three die sets I worked with to create these three envelopes. You can see the cute tiny accessories that go with them in these images.

I must say the CLD Mini Gift Envelopes really do make  beautiful envelopes to tuck in whatever you can think of. I am thinking a tea bag in the Get Well one or  maybe a square "After Eight "mint in the Winter Fun and Christmas one. A then just a sweet note would be nice too. Please feel free to make suggestions in the comment that you leave what you think would be nice to put inside the envelopes. It would be nice to share ideas for everyone to use.

Thanks for visiting my blog today and for the comments you left on the last Blog Hop we did. The comments were all so appreciated. Have a crafty day my friends.
Your next visit on the blog hop is with Jenny @ Jen's Paper Obsession.

Happy New Year 2017

Hello  Glad to see you here.

Today I am going for "Clean and Simple" using one of the new dies sets from the last new release. It is the Happy New Year 4 Piece Die Set .

I started with shiny red foil paper for the base then layer white paper on top. I then cut the Fleur De Lis Boutique Stacker A2 Frame  in black velvet paper and layered the Rectangle Stitch and Cut tool   in white.

I cut the Happy New Year 4 Piece Die Set  again in shiny red foil paper so I could layer them onto the black hats to make the hats pop. The star design from the set was layered to the top right corner and another red hat layered to the bottom left corner. The "2017" was cut using the Delicate Lace Script 2 Piece Die Set .
The frame and sentiment in the black velvet paper looks so nice in person and cuts beautifully from the CLD die.

Thanks so much for joining me today and now I would  like to invite you to join Cheery Lynn Designs Bi Weekly challenge @http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.ca/search/label/challenge for your chance to win a $20.00 shopping spree . I always enjoy seeing all the beautiful entries.

Mr. & Mrs. Snowman

A warn hello to you. Nice to see you here. Christmas is getting closer all the time and with the last new release at Cheery Lynn Designs having some Christmas dies I have decided to create a Mr. & Mrs. Snowman card.

I am featuring two of the new dies sets which were release in July. They are the Build A Snowman 13 Piece Die Set  and the Winter Holiday Word 6 Piece Die Set . I must say the snowmen were so fun to work with. You can really decorate them up cute with all the accessories in the die set.

I wanted to go non traditional colors and thought this plaid paper would work great. I layered the Quatrefoil A2 Frame 2  in the center and then layered the Heart to Heart Doily  on top of it. That made my base to build on.

Here is the Mrs. snowman with her fashionable scarf, mitts and hat from the Build A Snowman  set . I have added a bow to her hat as well as the sentiment "Peace" from the Winter Holiday Word .

And then there is Mr. Snowman also from the Build A Snowman  set. I must say he is also very fashionable and cool with his sunglasses and pipe. The broom is so nicely detailed too. The sentiment "JOY" is also from the Winter Holiday Word  set.

Here they are together as a couple with the Merry Christmas sentiment layered from the Winter Holiday Word  set. This set really does have a nice variety of different sentiments. I added the Judy's Blooms  flower just because it matched the colors so good and I rather like it rather than always using snowflakes on Christmas cards. Last I tucked in pieces of the Dancing Snow Flurries  for filler and more glitter. I hope I have inspired you to get a early start on your Christmas cards. I know I usually leave mine until the last minute then feel rushed.

Please come and join the challenge over at Cheery Lynn Designs
@ http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.ca/search/label/challenge  for your chance to win a $20.00 random draw for a shopping spree.  Have a wonderful day
