Alaskan Cruise

Welcome to the Cheery Lynn Designs May New Release Blog Hop . If you just came from visiting Bonnie @ "Make Time To Craft"   You are on the right track. If not then head back to the Cheery Lynn Designs blog @  http://cheerylynndesigns.blogspot.ca/ and start from the beginning so you don't miss any of the wonderful projects  from our design team.  Cheery Lynn Designs will be giving a $20.00 prize to one random commenter on the Cheery Lynn Blog Hop Post.

For May's New Release I have chosen to showcase the "Fun Travel Set".

For this card I created a scenic background for the cruise ship. I printed Alaskan Cruise on the grey paper and then cut the cruise ship from it so the writing was on the ship. It is good way to personalize your cruise by doing this when scrapbooking or cardmaking. With layering the suitcase, tickets and flower arrangement it made for beautiful card.

Below are the images of the dies in the Fun Travel Set. I think this set is just awesome with the variety and  as always with CLD the detail as well.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today, Your next visit on the Blog Hop is with Jenny @ "Jens Paper Obsession"  but before you go please leave a comment. I always appreciate comments.  I also want to Thank everyone who left comments on the last Blog Hop. I really appreciated them and enjoyed reading them.

Have a wonderful time blog hopping and enjoying more creations from our design team using the newly released dies for May . This  release has lots to offer that will be great for cardmaking or scrapbooking.

This is a great card for quite a few reasons. You can make various backgrounds to indicate the time of year or where you might be traveling to. Hey while you're at it make a game out of it to surprise someone either going on a cruise or where you might be going.
