Tool Time

Hello all you Cheery Lynn followers. This weeks challenge theme is "Shaped Card".   I had this image of the little boy with his tool belt and worked around that. I cut out a house shaped card. I embossed the front of the house with the Do It Yourself embossing plate. The house trim and door I embossed with the Foliage embossing plate. I used a black pen to draw the bricks on the chimney. The windows were cut from the Burlap Border. The fence is the Victorian Picket Fence colored with inka-gold. The Grass Border was placed along the bottom of the fence. The Gears were also colored with inka - gold giving them a great metal look. The sentiment Hello was used above the boy. I really liked the way this card turned out. I hope I have inspired you to join the challenge for a chance to win a $20.00 shopping spree. I would love to see your creations. Debbie, this is just the cutest card! Love your little handyman house and the fun masculine look you created with the do it yourself embossing plate and gears. The roughened fence is just perfect! So clever!
