A warm hello to everyone. Today I am sharing another card with you using more of the January new release dies from Cheery Lynn Designs.



This card is featuring the new Dream Weaver die which is so beautifully detailed. I have also used the Horizon Fishtail Banners  to place the sentiment on. Well I must say these new dies are awesome and fun to work with. The Mandala Doily I layered flat onto the background to give it a embossed look.



This elephant is so cool. All the details in it reminded me of the popular coloring books so I got out my prisma color pencil crayons and had a lot of fun with it. It is so vibraint and cool. Several of the details you can lift up a bit to add dimension to it.

You Are Awesome By Debbie Brownmiller

Today I am going to share a card with you featuring  some of Cheery Lynn Designs flowers. Flowers are always a good way to give your card some added dimension.

I started with a pretty pattern paper matted in black.  I layered the Lords & Commons Doily  in the center of the card to build on.

The pretty flowers were created using the Black Eyed Susan Strip , Chrysanthemum Strip , Cuties 4 and Build a Flower #1 . The Branch were used for filler behind the flowers.

The sentiment "Whimsical "You Are Awesome" was layered on the bottom. This it a great sentiment and easy to place because it is all one piece. I hope I have inspired you too make a special card for a special person. Have a crafty week my friends.

Doilies and Roses

A warm Hello. It's Debbie back with you from Debbie's Time Out.  I hope everyone had a good holiday season and got a few new craft items. Wishing you all the best for 2017. Today I am going to share with you a card I created using some roses and doilies.

The two doilies I used are the Fleur De Lis Square Doily  and the Quadrafoil Square Doily . Aren't they just so detailed and pretty. I cut the bird photo out with the Square Stitch and Cut tool . The stitching around the photo really adds a little something to it.

Here I have used the Large Rose  and the medium- Rose  along with the Rose Leaf Strip  and Olive Branches  for filler.  I hope I have inspire you to sit down, relax and create a beautiful card using some of the CLD flowers and doilies.
