Take the 6x6 foldout card base  from the Heartfelt Creations 6x6 Foldout Cards Package. Use the one with the Classic Borders.

Choose some of the  flower scenes and bird house scenes from the Sweet Peony paper collection. Cut the edges to match using the Classic Border Basics and glue the paper to the card base. Cut one wide border for the top layer and two the narrow borders for the two bottom layers. Adhere them to the  matching edges.

Find the paper with the oval shaped bird house .  Cut a second oval shape from the collection  and glue it to the back of the first oval so when you flip it open the back of the oval has a finished look. Use foam squares to pop up the oval to the back of the second layer. Cut out a ticket shaped sentiment and the "Just a Note" tag. Cut two more tags out. Off set these two tags and pop them up on the bottom corner of the first layer. Pop up the ticket on top of the two tags. Pierce a hole in the "Just a Note" tag and add a brad. Pop this tag up on the top corner of the back layer.

Stamps and color two of the tiny sprays from the Lilac Collection. Cut out with matching die. Stamp and color five lilac flowers and cut out with the matching die. Put the flowers in the 3D Lilac Shaping Mold. Run it through your die cutting machine. Finish shaping flowers with a stylus from the Deluxe Flower Shaping Kit by pushing down in the center of the flower. Adhere three flowers to one of the sprays and two flowers to the other spray. Glue one spray to the back layer at the top and the other spray to the top side of the oval. Stamp, color and cut one each of the two smallest peony flowers. Emboss them in the 3D Floral Basics Mold. Push town in the center and glue together, Glue this flower to the top of the pair of tags.
